We understand that you want our veneer delivered to your home as soon as possible! That's why we pack and ship your order within 36 hours and your package will be delivered on average within 3 business days .
For purchases over € 100,- we offer free shipping!
Shipping options:
- Shipping to your nearest DPD parcel locker: € 3,95
- Shipping to your home address: € 6,95
After you place your order, you can expect the following:
- You will receive an order confirmation email almost immediately.
- We pack your order with care! Veneer is fragile but can be shipped without issues. Depending on the ordered size, we will pack the sheets flat or rolled in a cardboard box.
- Once your package is packed and ready for shipping, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. This way you can follow your package once it has been scheduled by the courier.
- Your order will be delivered on average within 3 business days.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your veneer, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
We would appreciate receiving the veneer in undamaged condition and, if possible, in its original packaging so that we can resell it.
Return shipping is at your own cost and risk. Please ensure the order number is clearly visible.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Received damaged veneer?
Even though we pack your package with care, it is possible that the veneer may arrive damaged or torn. We understand how frustrating this is and will of course resolve this for you.
Please take clear photos of the packaging and the veneer and send them to info@houtfineer.shop. We will then work together to find the best solution!
